All classes begin with a professional chef demonstrating a selection of seafood dishes on Electrolux appliances in the 66 seat auditorium. You then get an opportunity to cook the demonstrated recipes yourself at one of eight self-contained cooking stations equipped with Electrolux appliances and all the ingredients you require. Finally you can enjoy your creations with a complimentary glass of wine along with your classmates! It is a great fun night out to share with old friends or to make some new ones.
