I can’t go past 3 Girls Skipping in Graceville.
2.For lunch and dinner?
For lunch, I would recommend Bucci Restaurant & Bar – they use great seasonal and locally soured produce, and it has a funky interior. For dinner, it would have to be The Wolfe – contemporary and fine dining – which I love.
3.And to drink?

5. Best coffee?
Other than my brother’s place on a Thursday arvo, my go to is Elixir in Stafford (but the company isn’t nearly as good!)
6. What is QLD famous for?
QLD produces so much more than people realise! I could take the easy route and say something like mango, but we are so strong across so many areas as the seasons change… In fact, horticulture in Queensland is the largest supplier of fresh fruit and veg to Aussies!
7. For the holidaymaker, what are the must-visit destinations?
The best thing about taking a break in Queensland is you are forced to slow down and take it easy – you can’t avoid it. I love spending time around Montville & Maleny – the hinterland has it all, and it’s such a short drive from Brisbane.
