Taste of Auckland in partnership with Electrolux

16-19 November 2017

Taste of Auckland in partnership with Electrolux is your opportunity to try signature dishes from some of Auckland’s most exciting restaurants in a beautiful al fresco setting surrounded by pop-up winery stands, food stalls and drink experiences. Each year we assemble a line-up of some of the most exciting restaurants on the scene. We set them up with fully functional kitchens at the festival so they can recreate the magic that has made them famous.

We are excited to announce our stellar First Announcement line-up of restaurants who will be at Taste of Auckland 2017 to tempt your tastebuds. Full restaurant line-up to be made in September. Join our newsletter to be the first to know who's coming to Taste in 2017.

Electrolux Chefs’ Secrets

We are teaming up with New Zealand’s leading chefs to give you the opportunity to create mouth-watering food. This one-of-a-kind experience will get you up close and personal with the country’s culinary superstars, where you’ll learn how to cook one of their signature dishes.

This year we are excited to have Clooney’s newly appointed chef Jacob Kear and FISH chef Fraser Shenton join all the action, to give you their best tips and techniques to create your own gourmet food.

Full schedule to be announced soon.

Electrolux Taste Theatre

Watch your favourite chefs cook up a storm live on stage. The Electrolux Taste Theatre is hosted by food writer Delany Mes, giving you the chance to see your culinary heroes cook some of their favourite recipes on the latest Electrolux steam ovens and induction cooktops, transforming everyday ingredients into extraordinary dishes.

With free-to-attend demonstrations at each Taste session, make sure you arrive early to secure your seat for fresh inspiration to create your perfect dish at home.
